Meeting rooms

At its premises in the Aarlenstraat 22 (Rue d’Arlon 22) Neth-ER offers three meeting rooms for 6, 16 or 50 people. The rooms are free for use by our members, tariffs for the use of the facilities by other organisations are listed below:

16 people (Small meeting room)
50 people (Large meeting room)

In addition to the standard package, which includes coffee, tea, orange juice and water, Neth-ER can also offer full catering for lunch and cocktail drinks. For reservations and price offer please contact our office manager.

6 people (Library)
This room is suitable for a small group up to 6 people and has a nice view on the Luxemburg Square with the European Parliament on the background.

Rates * Library (for non-members)

This room has a good view on the Luxemburg Square with the European Parliament on the background. The room can accommodate up to 16 people.

50 people (Large meeting room)
This spacious and very characteristic room can accommodate 24 people in U-shape and 50 people in theatre style. The room has a large flat screen for presentations and good audio-visual resources.
