General Assembly
The General Assembly of Neth-ER is the highest body in the Association. Each member of Neth-ER has one representative in the General Assembly. The authority of the General Assembly extends to the whole legal range necessary to govern an international association in Belgium.
Executive Board
The Executive Board of Neth-ER runs the Association and consists of four people and an independent president. The composition of the Executive Board is:

Director and policy advisors
The Executive Board has appointed a co-ordinator for the day-to-day business of the Neth-ER office. The co-ordinator is the director of Neth-ER and is responsible for the managerial control.
However the professional activities in the field of education, research and innovation are the joint responsibility of the director and two policy advisors. These three people are employees of the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Administrative Board
The General Assembly has established an Administrative Board. The main task of the Board is to help and advice the director in running the Neth-ER office. Each member of Neth-ER has one representative in the Administrative Board. A representative of the employees of the association Neth-ER will be invited to take part in each meeting of the Administrative Board.
